Hire or convert education talent with up to 90% salary support.
The Career Conversion Programme funds a large share of a mid-career hire's salary during on-the-job training. Education & Training roles receive 3 months of government-backed salary support. HRGrant.com guides you through the full application process.

These are the education roles most commonly funded under CCP. Select a role to see what it involves and how CCP applies.
Curriculum Developer
Designs and builds learning programmes from the ground up — translating industry competency requirements and learner needs into structured curricula, lesson sequences and assessments that actually work.
- Analyse learner needs and industry competency frameworks to define learning objectives
- Design curriculum structures, lesson sequences and assessment strategies
- Develop learning content including facilitator guides, learner workbooks and activities
- Review and update programmes based on learner feedback and skills landscape changes
No prior curriculum development experience is required — employers can hire a career-switcher into this role under CCP, with the government funding up to 90% of salary (capped at S$7,500/month) for 3 months while the new hire learns instructional design methodology, learning systems and content development on the job.

The higher 90% rate applies where the employee is aged 40 and above, or has been unemployed long-term. Otherwise it's 70%. Each rate has its own monthly cap — S$7,500 and S$5,000 respectively.
